FIELD: feeding fuel to combustion apparatus. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises tank filled with residual oil, coarse filter, pressure pump, fine filter, and device for dispersing water in oil. The oil tank is made of receiving vessel with steam heater connected with the tank filled with the residual oil. The water dispersing device is made of homogenizer for coarse dispersing and emulsifying apparatus for fine dispersing of water in oil. The homogenizer is mounted at the outlet of the fine filter. The emulsifying apparatus is mounted at the outlet of homogenizer. The homogenizer is made of a turbulizer.
