摘要 FIELD: plasma treatment, namely cutting of woven gauze by means of low-ampere plasma arc, possibly in different branches of industry, for example in aircraft construction for making gauze type heaters. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing woven wire gauze onto plate; placing onto gauze pressure panel whose grooves are arranged in parallel relative to ducts of plate; assembling plate with gauze and pressure panel by means of screw clamps to single attachment for performing process of separating wire gauze; realizing cutting process in space restricted from downwards by means of walls of duct of plate and from upwards by walls of groove of pressure panel and by jet of micro-plasma cutter; filling said space with shield gas and providing reliable protection of cutting zone of gauze against aggressive action of environment. Cutting axis of plasma cutter coincides with coaxially arranged duct of plate and groove of pressure panel of attachment. Method allows to separate woven gauze by parts having regular cleaned melt edges and having no stratified wire in cut edge at minimum costs and high cutting rate up to 2 m/min. ^ EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of cutting gauze by parts with uniform regular cut surface, minimized cost of process. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
