FIELD: separation of liquid media. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed filter element includes filtrate discharging perforated tube and membrane stacks wound on this tube; said membranes adjoin each other through rectangular turbulator plates. Turbulators are provided with additional U-shaped cover plates made from flexible sheet material on base of polyethylene terephthalate. Used as drainage sheets of membrane stacks is polyethylene terephthalate tricot impregnated with epoxy resin. Membrane cloth is placed by its active side to turbulator zone in such way that one its side is shorter than other by the following magnitude: , where is outer diameter of filtering tube; S is thickness of membrane stack together with thickness of drainage sheet; n is number of membrane stacks. ^ EFFECT: absence of ellipticity; enhanced stability and reliability. ^ 1 dwg, 1 tbl |
