<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copying machine capable of copying different numbers of original copies divided in two page groups respectively by designating only three parameters. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus capable of obtaining a different number of copies per group from a first and second groups of continuous pages forming a plurality of originals comprises a number of copies designating means 51 for inputting three parameters by a user for determining the page position for dividing the originals into a first and second page groups and the number of copies of each page group, a means 451 for determining the page position for dividing the originals into the first and second page groups and the number of copies of each page group according to the three parameters, and a print control means 453 for controlling to print the number of copies of the first page group and the different number of copies of the second page group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
