<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the oxidation reduction potential of a vegetable juice to under -400 mV without using any additive by a view point of an organic electrochemistry or a biological electrochemistry, and thereby decreasing surface tension to improve penetrating property into viscera in a body. <P>SOLUTION: The vegetable juice is obtained by blowing hydrogen gas into tomato juice having 17-21 kcal energy, 92-95.0 g water content, 0-0.1 g protein, 3.0-5.5 g carbohydrate (sugar), 0.2-0.4 g carbohydrate (fiber), 0.5-1.1 g ash, 6-13 mg Ca, 13-18 mg P, 0.3-0.4 mg Fe, 230-300 mg Na, 230-270 IU A-activity; 0.03-0.04 mg B1, 0.03-0.04 mg B2, 0.5-0.7 mg niacin and 11-20 mg C based on 100 g edible portion, at 0.95 MPa gas pressure for 5 min and filling it in a container having a complete barrier function against light, oxygen, hydrogen and water vapor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
