<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize a method for handling and housing an extra length cable corresponding to existing desk environment without purchasing a new desk. <P>SOLUTION: An optimum installation part for equipping a containing apparatus body (1) on a desk is selected and fixed thereon.
