NETWORK MEASUREMENT INFORMATION COLLECTING METHOD, SERVER DEVICE, AND NODE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow network measurement information to be collected from more bases (users) in order to more accurately recognize the state of the Internet.

SOLUTION: When a client node connected to the Internet provides a server with network measurement information which the client node itself has acquired, the server performs setting in accordance with the network measurement information so that the client node can utilize the desired software during a prescribed period. The client node which wants to continuously utilize the software periodically acquires new network measurement information to provide it for the server.
