PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade capable of generally cutting wrap films made of different materials, to provide a taking-out port, a run-out preventive tool, a lid-opening/closing auxiliary tool, a rotation auxiliary tool, a freely movable run-out preventive tool having a fixed position stop and a run-out preventive tool which performs the opening/closing accompanied with the lid-opening/closing, drawing port or the like in a wrap film storage case with which the cutting blade is united, and to easily complete a process where the portion of a film to be used is drawn and cut, to eliminate a possible injury with the top of the cutting blade during the operation, and to cut the portion of the film to be used in a drawn condition without tempering the wrap film. SOLUTION: The storage case having a groove-like space, the lower section of a hung surface which can be pressed into the groove-like space, the lid-opening/closing auxiliary tool, the top of a double-edged cutting blade which can be directed to the front of a storage case body, the run-out preventive tool, the taking-out port, the drawing port and a curved rotary auxiliary tool is provided. The storage case where a lid on a backside, a lid on a front side, the freely movable run-out preventive tool having the fixed position stop or the like are used, is provided.
