PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an introducing method for a seed crystal into a crystallization reactor. SOLUTION: In this seed crystal introducing method, solid particles are dispersed by an upflow in the crystallization reactor to introduce the seed crystal thereinto. By this method, state variation of the solid particles in the reactor can be kept small, which variation is caused by a series of operations like drawing out of the solid particles from the reactor after the crystallization reaction, and introduction of the seed crystal to the reactor, thus preventing deterioration of quality of treated water generated in the crystallization reaction.
