PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a low-noise robot cleaner that runs smoothly and can easily run over an obstacle such as a carpet, steps, etc. absorbing a shock when it runs over the obstacle. SOLUTION: The driving device of the robot cleaner has a shock absorbing unit. The driving device includes a robot cleaner body, a pair of drive motors provided on the robot cleaner body and driven by the supplied power, a pair of driving wheels rotated by the pair of drive motors, a pair of driven wheels that follow the pair of driving wheels, a power transmission means that associates the driving wheels with the trailing driving wheels, a frame member provided on the robot cleaner body supporting the pair of driving wheels and the pair of driven wheels, and the shock absorbing unit provided on the frame member to absorb shocks from the ground.
