PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and securely arrive at the destination under difficult road circumstances. SOLUTION: There are provided with: a base station for obtaining traveling position information of a motorcycle via a quasi-zenith satellite, for generating destination guidance information on the basis of the traveling position information, and for providing the motorcycle with the destination guidance information via the quasi-zenith satellite; and the motorcycle for providing the base station with the traveling position information via the quasi-zenith satellite and for traveling to the destination for an emergency treatment, on the basis of the destination guidance information obtained from the base station via the quasi-zenith satellite.
