PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide cut pieces of a foodstuff such as a vegetable to naturally come off the blade of a kitchen knife and fall off in a fixed direction when the foodstuff is intermittently cut. SOLUTION: A body 1 of the kitchen knife aid is an oblong plate with clips 2 at both ends, and a side surface gently curves 3 in an arc.
