PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing rice cracker having spicier flavor compared to conventional rice cracker. SOLUTION: This method for producing the rice cracker comprises mixing rice flour with water, steaming and kneading the product to make dumplings, forming, drying and roasting to make rice cracker cooked without seasoning, and seasoning the rice cracker.
