PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety relay system or the like which is provided with a function for invalidating a specific safety component and has defined conditions for invalidating. SOLUTION: The safety relay system is provided with a manual suspension input part 62 for making a manual suspension function which acquires safety input concerning a predetermined safety component related to an externally connected device regardless of a safety status thereof; a mode switching part 61 for switching to a safety mode in which safety for the operation of the externally connected device is increased than usual; and a manually switched input part 60 for outputting the safety input in place of the predetermined safety component, when the externally connected device is switched to the safety mode by the mode switching part 61 and then an instruction for operating the manual suspension is provided from the manual suspension input part 62.
