摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance precision of measurement by reducing correction errors all over the fluid measurement region. SOLUTION: The fluid measuring device comprises: the measuring fluid path 5 for the measuring fluid; the illumination means 7 for illuminating the measuring fluid path 5; the imaging means 8 for imaging the image measuring region 9 illuminated by the illumination means 7; the image measurement means 11 for measuring the state of fluidity such as the flow speed or the flow speed distribution based on the output image of the imaging means 8; and the operation processing means 17 for calculating the mean flow speed of the fluid under the measurement from the state of fluidity obtained from the image measurement means 11. Thereby, the flow speed and the shape of flow speed distribution are measured directly, and the correction errors can be reduced, and the measurement precision can be improved all over the flow rate measurement region from the laminar flow region to the turbulent flow region.
