PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement method for the transporter activity of ABC protein that has little data variation, has improved reproducibility, and can measure a number of samples simultaneously and easily, even if a small number of samples is used, to provide a method for screening a substance interacting with the ABC protein by utilizing the measurement method, and to provide a kit for measuring the transporter activity of the ABC protein for utilizing the methods, to their advantage. SOLUTION: An insect cell membrane, in which a human P sugar protein manifests itself in a reaction buffer solution containing vanadic acid and [<SP>3</SP>H]ATP, is added for performing pre-incubation. Then, a compound to be inspected is added for reaction, a reaction solution after the reaction has completed is added to a 96 well-type glass filter, and the amount of adsorption of [<SP>3</SP>H]ADP to P sugar protein manifestation by 1 step is measured by using a suction washing method.
