PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve or eliminate an undesirable effect of vortex on a structure of jetted fluid. SOLUTION: A variation (disturbance) in velocity cyclic with time and having such a distribution that its pressure difference varies in the longitudinal direction of an opening part is given to a fluid F jetted from the opening part 2 of a nozzle 1. Thus, a fluid control method improved to control the flow of the fluid F or a thermal space parting method is provided, and an air curtain generating device and a commodity display case utilizing these methods are provided.
