PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of abnormal noise in a heater core when bubbles are mixed with cooling water into a heater inlet pipe from a cooling water outlet collecting pipe 14. SOLUTION: The heater inlet pipe is branched from the cooling water outlet collecting pipe 14 connected to cooling water outlets on right and left banks of a V-type internal combustion engine through a metal pipe 25. The cooling water outlet collecting pipe 14 has a curved part 24 curved in a horizontal direction, and a inflated part 24a partially projected on an outer peripheral side thereof. The metal pipe 25 is provided upward on an upper face of the inflated part 24a and positioned close to an outer peripheral side of the passage center of the curved part 24. When the bubbles are included in the cooling water, only the cooling water is collected on the outer peripheral side by a centrifugal force and it is hard that the bubbles on an inner peripheral side hardly flows into the metal pipe 25.
