PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling chromium-plated product having superior decorativeness due to specular gloss together with superior antifouling properties. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the chromium-plated product comprises a nickel-plating step S32, a rinsing step S33 after nickel plating, a chromium-plating step S34, a rinsing step S35 after chromium plating. An antifouling treatment step S35 for forming an antifouling film made of a polymer which can be coupled with chromium and contains fluorine, on the outer surface of a workpiece, is carried out in the rinsing step S35 after chromium plating, before a passive film is formed on a chromium plating layer.
