PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent flexible composition excellent in transparency, and also excellent in impact resistance and in viscoelasticity. SOLUTION: The transparent flexible composition comprises 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic elastomer component (A) and 500 to 5,000 parts by mass of a liquid material (B), wherein the composition exhibits≥90% of a total light transmittance at 25°C and at a thickness of 0.5 mm. The thermoplastic elastomer component (A) contains a butyl rubber and a hydrogenated block polymer being obtained by the hydrogenation of an olefinic unsaturated bond in a block copolymer having, in its molecule, at least one butadiene polymer block (I) having a vinyl bonding content in the block of 5 to 25% and at least one polymer block (II) having a mass proportion of a conjugated diene to another monomer of (100 to 50)/(0 to 50) and having a vinyl bonding content of 25 to mass 95%. The liquid material (B) has≤500 mm<SP>2</SP>/s of a kinematic viscosity at 40°C and is nonvolatile at -100 to +50°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
