<p>The chair is assembled of two square rigid sheets (3, 4) and three flat boards (7, 8, 9) forming a u-shape (6) and another square sheet (16) permanently attached in a right angle to a smaller square sheet (17). The flat boards (7, 8, 9) are provided with grooves (10, 11, 12) along their lower surfaces, engaging with linear projections (13, 14) located on the upper edges of the vertically positioned sheets (3, 4). Linear projections (13, 14) at the inwards pointing edges of the boards (7, 8, 9) facilitate the joining of the smaller sheet (17) provided with grooves (13', 14') located around its outer edges and the bigger sheet (16) forming the vertical backrest. For conversion the unit (16, 17) is turned upside down and the small sheet (17) again inserted between the boards (7, 8, 9).</p> |
