The leash is made of a lightweight and flexible material reinforced with steel fibers. A row of openings reinforced with metal eyelets is positioned along its full length. When the valuable dog is to be parked in front of a shop or other location the loose end of the leash is guided around the holding bar and through a loop at the opposite end. The loose end is then guided around the front legs of the dog forming a harness and secured with a padlock.
