The present invention relates to a group of small molecule peptides that can bind to target of RNAIII activating protein. The sequences of the small molecule peptides are shown as the amino acid sequences in the sequence list. The polypeptides of the present invention can be used for the preparation of new medicine against Staphylococcus aureus.
