PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for compression-molding PET bottles, which performs a first compression through a space that is narrowed toward an extraction port before a bundle compression-molding and increases manufacturing efficiency by compressing the PET bottles having holes punched by a punching and compressing chain with downwardly moving the PET bottles. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an inclined wall body (100) having a side that is downwardly inclined, a punching and compressing chain (200) which has a top road that is moved by chain wheels (210) spaced apart from the inclined wall body, and a molding space (300) which includes an inlet between the inclined wall body and the punching and compressing chain, in which PET bottles (50) are put, and an extraction port (320) through which the PET bottles are extracted.
