PURPOSE: A TFT display substrate and a multi-domain LCD including the same are provided to form domain stably by forming pixels in the bent stripe shape, and maximize the aperture rate of the pixels by reinforcing fringe field by overlapping cut-away parts of pixel electrodes with maintenance electrode lines. CONSTITUTION: A TFT display substrate includes gate lines(121) extended in a first direction on an insulating substrate. Data lines(171) intersect the gate lines in insulation, wherein the data lines have two portions, one being bent and the other being extended in a second direction. Pixel electrodes are formed in pixels defined by the intersections between the gate and data lines. Third signal lines form maintenance capacitances by the overlapping with sub pixel electrodes and have valley parts disposed at edges of the pixels and extended in parallel to the data lines in the proximity. Each of the pixels are formed with thin film transistors connected to the gate and data lines and the pixel electrodes.
