FIELD: electromechanical engineering; electrical machine assembly. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed process includes introduction of shaft-mounted rotor into stator carrying multiphase winding wherein variable static magnetic field is built up in advance by connecting adjustable dc current supply to respective two leads of stator winding phases at the same time marking on stator inner surface disposition and polarity of maximal intensities of built-up magnetic field corresponding to man-made stator poles, positioning of like-polarity rotor poles against stator ones until they are fully aligned, whereupon rotor is locked in position relative to stator to prevent its rotation about axis of revolution; then rotor is inserted into stator where magnetic field has been built up and intensity of the latter is gradually minimized. ^ EFFECT: facilitated procedure of electrical machine assembly. ^ 1 cl, 1 dwg |
