<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle stereo speaker device with vibrators being directly mounted on a ceiling plate of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of vibrators 8L, 8R are mounted on a flat part of the ceiling plate 5 of the vehicle at a prescribed interval D2. A stereo signal is supplied to the respective vibrators, mounting parts of the vibrators on the ceiling plate are vibrated, and sound waves SL, SR are output to form the stereo speaker device.
