<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: the incineration disposal of pruned branches of trees, fallen leaves, grass after mowing, etc., is becoming unallowable from the viewpoint of environmental protection; though composting is being tried as a treating method replacing incineration, composting by piling up outside tends to be regulated; and a simple composting receptacle made at a low cost is not found. <P>SOLUTION: A simple composting receptacle is provided, which is characterized by the following: at the lower part of a receptacle main body 1 of a bottomed cylindrical shape having an upper end opening capable of being tightly closed by a lid 2, a meshed floor board 3 is positioned with some distance from the bottom 4; a penetration hole 8 is formed on a peripheral wall 7 below the fixing position of the floor board 3; to the penetration hole 8, a conduit pipe 10 having a valve 9 for opening and closing a pipeline is connected; and the outside of the receptacle main body 1 is covered with a bag-shaped heat-insulating material 18 of which the surface is dark colored so as to easily absorb solar heat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
