MOBILE IP NETWORK SYSTEM, AND LOCATION REGISTRATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a response delay when registering a location, with respect to a mobile IP network system and a location registration method.

SOLUTION: A home agent HA or a communication destination terminal CN discriminates whether stop of transfer is necessary or not on the basis of the quality information of a line to which a mobile terminal MN is connected through an access router AR etc. in response to the location registration request BU accompanied with the movement of the mobile terminal MN, and a means is provided which calculates a stop time to stop transfer processing of packets of user data for the calculated the stop time in the case that stop of transfer is necessary.
