<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely thin injection needle having a tip end part made thinner, in which the inner diameter in drawing the tip end part can be secured. <P>SOLUTION: This injection needle 15 is provided with a root part 11 with prescribed inner and outer diameters, a drawn part 12 positioned more on the side of tip end than the root part 11 and outer and inner diameters are drawn smaller than those of the root part 11, and a tilted drawn part 13 which is interposed between the root part 11 and the drawn part 12 and whose outer diameter is continuously reduced toward the drawn part 12 from the root part 11. The drawn part 12 is formed by drawing the outer diameter by plastic deformation in a state the core material 41 having the outer diameter equivalent to the inner diameter of the drawing part 12 is inserted into a metallic pipe 10 having the outer diameter equal to the outer diameter of the root part 11 and extracting the core material 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
