<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording sheet which provides safely and accurately information to a recipient without covering confidential information. <P>SOLUTION: A detachable region is produced by surrounding perforation along an expected cutting-off partitioning line 20 around some part of a camouflage pattern printing partitioning region 11 formed on a base material sheet 10. At the covering of the camouflage pattern printing partitioning region 11 with a semitransparent cover film 13, the film is separably bonded through a weakly self-adhesive layer 12a with the inside 11a surrounded by perforation and inseparably bonded through a strongly self-adhesive layer 12b with the outside 11b surrounded by perforation. Further, information 14 comprises a pattern visually unrecognizable by being influenced upon the camouflage pattern printing partitioning region 11 so as to be arranged in a portion corresponding to the inside 11a surrounded by perforation on the semitransparent cover film 13.
