PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic speaker capable of preventing increase in the number of parts as well as of being easily made low-profile. SOLUTION: In the speaker 41, inner circumferences of a diaphragm 45 and a damper 46 are connected to each other at the forward end of a bobbin 43 wound with a voice coil 44. The inner circumference of the diaphragm 45 is located at a position anterior to an outer circumferential edge 49, while the dumper 46 is arranged at a location anterior to the diaphragm 45. Further, a sidewall 47b is arranged in a standing condition at the circumference of a basal plate 47a in a frame 47, while a cylindrical wall 47c is integrated with the sidewall 47b in an extended condition at a position anterior to the sidewall 47b. Furthermore, the outer circumferential edge 49 of the diaphragm 45 is fixed to an edge support 47d at an upper portion of the sidewall 47b, while the outer circumference of the damper 46 is fixed to the damper support 47e at the upper portion of the tube shape wall 47c.
