PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet excellent in design just like as a conventional vinyl chloride resin sheet, which has an excellent fire-retardancy and anti-fire spreading owing to high form-holding ability upon burning, a high mechanical strength, a high stability and a high surface strength. SOLUTION: The sheet comprises a multi-layered formed sheet material and an adhesive layer laminated on the sheet material, in which the formed sheet material comprises a polyester resin layer and a thermoplastic resin composition layer and the polyester resin layer is placed on the surface opposite to the laminated adhesive layer and the thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin, 0.1-100 pts.wt. of lamellar silicate and 0.1-70 pts.wt. of a metal hydroxide.
