PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping and wiring supporting mechanism in which no excessive forces load on a functional liquid supply tube dragged accompanied by movement of a head, a functional liquid drop discharger equipped with it, a producing method of an electro-optic device, an electro-optic device, and an electronic device. SOLUTION: The functional liquid drop supporting mechanism 302 which hangs and holds the functional liquid supply tube 81 at the nearly intermediate point is provided with a holder head 322 hanging and holding the functional liquid supply tube 81 at the upper part of transfer space of a functional liquid drop discharge head 231 and a support stand 321 supporting the holder head 322, and then the holder head 322 is supported movably in response to the support stand 321 so as to move in response to the functional liquid supply tube 81 dragged accompanied by the movement of the functional liquid drop discharge head 231.
