PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage nozzle which allows easily observing suction condition of an area being treated with naked eyes for a psychological effect on people being treated and obtains strong suction force with limited water supply, and a massage system with it. SOLUTION: The massage nozzle comprises a water inlet, a swirling chamber to swirl water supplied through the water inlet, and a water outlet to discharge the swirling water for providing negative pressure. The massage nozzle includs a transparent part allowing observation of at least a part of a projection which is formed by applying the negative pressure on the area to be treated to be sucked in.
