CRYOGENIC COOLING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration resulting from a refrigerating machine from transmitting to an overall cryostat and a cooled body. SOLUTION: This cryogenic cooling device is formed by fixing the cold head 18 of the refrigerating machine 10 to a support stage 50 installed separately from the cryostat 30 to support the load thereof and fixing low vibration stages 41 and 42 of the load of the cooling body 8 to the top flange 31 of the cryostat 30.
