PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blow-off port device with a shutoff valve disposed at a position not causing resistance of the air flow of a case. SOLUTION: In the air blow-off port device, the shutoff valve 8 is rotatably and pivotally supported inside the case 2. When the shutoff valve 8 is opened, it is stored and moved to a position along one wall surface 2c side of the case.
