PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal, to which the supplement of ink is easy and which has a few number of members. SOLUTION: This seal is equipped with a stamping body holder 1 having a stamping body 7 projecting downwards at its lower end, an opening 3 at its upper end, and, at the same time, an ink occluding body 8 therewithin. A tubular grip 10 holds the stamping body holder 1 therewithin under the mode that the stamping body 7 is projected below the under surface opening and a cap 30 covering the stamping body 7 fitted to the lower end of the tubular grip 10. A holder 11 holding the stamping body therewithin is provided integrally with the tubular grip 10. At the same time, an opening 14 communicating with the opening 3 of the stamping body holder 1 is provided on the top face of the tubular grip 10 under the condition that a freely opening and closing plug 15 is installed to the opening 14.
