PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and simply output a list of similar images in order of similarity in terms of an image feature according to a keyword or/and a key image. SOLUTION: An image processing device generates an image database holding a plurality of images, and outputs a list of similar images from the database according to a keyword. The image database 56 is generated in association with a pseudo feature vector that is the standard of the feature similarity of the plurality of images. A similar image list output part 62 outputs a list of similar images in order of the pseudo feature vector from the image database according to a keyword, or outputs a list of similar images from the image database according to the pseudo feature vector of a key image generated by a key image pseudo feature vector generation part 65.
