PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method reducing response delay of a processing request message issued by a client 101 due to waiting for execution of business application 21 or troubles of the business application 21 in a server system 201 at a transmission destination by means of a system using asynchronous message communication. SOLUTION: As the transmission destination of the processing request message issued by the client, the server system, in which the business application is in a starting condition and the least number of messages are stored in a server receiption queue, is selected. In the server system, removal of the processing request message from the server receiption queue is monitored, and the message is transferred to another server system if it is not taken out for a fixed time or more.
