PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive resin composition that has transparency, transfer properties and excellent blister resistance and a transfer acrylic filmy adhesive that transfers an adhesive layer as an adhesive for various laminated optical members without impairing light transmission in mounting and to provide a flat panel type display device for loading an optical member prepared by laminating the transfer acrylic filmy adhesive, etc. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive resin composition comprises 100 parts wt. of an acrylic polymer (A) having≥1,000,000 weight-average molecular weight and≤0°C Tg, 3-7 parts wt. of a tackifier resin (B) having 0-100°C Tg and 50-150°C softening point and 0.001-0.5 part wt. of a crosslinking agent (C) to have≥50% gel fraction by addition of 1% of an acrylic polymer function group in the mol number ratio of functional group and has transparency, transfer properties and excellent blister resistance.
