PURPOSE: A vehicle-starting and door control system by using a key pad is provided to prevent an invasion without leave and to restrict a driver from carrying a key by installing a secret number input unit on the key pad installed at a door of a driver's seat and inputting a secret number for starting the vehicle by a key pad installed on an instrument panel. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle-starting and door control system by using a key pad(115) is composed of the key pad having a plurality of key buttons(105) on a panel(103) of the predetermined size; a control unit for registering key information input form the key pad, identifying the registered information, and opening and closing vehicle doors(101,117) according the identification result of the registered information; and a door driving unit coupled to an output unit of the control unit to execute the opening and closing of the door.
