PURPOSE: Provided are a composition of W/S/W multiple emulsion and a manufacturing method thereof by phase inversion emulsification method which induces phase inversion while introducing water phase to oil phase. Therefore, the composition contains a great amount of water phase inside, and has phase stability. CONSTITUTION: The composition of W/S/W multiple emulsion is characterized by containing 0.1-5 wt.% of polyoxyethylene(4)laurylether and 0.1-5 wt.% of polyoxyethylene(23)laurylether as auxiliary emulsificants, 1-5 wt.% of dimethicone copolyol as a min emulsificant, and 0.01-3 wt.% of sodium chloride as a stabilizer.
