MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FABRIC RADIATING ANION TO BALANCE ION

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fabric radiating anion which is characterized by preventing and curing a disease is characterized by finishing a sheet or an interlining of a necktie with material radiating the anion and increasing work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: Fabric radiating anion is obtained by the steps of: mixing 20-50% of wool with 80-50% of nylon or polyester fiber to manufacture warp; mixing 30-60% of the wool with 70-40% of the nylon or the polyester fiber to manufacture weft; light-twisting the weft than the warp; manufacturing two wefts having different twist directions; weaving the fabric out of the warp and the wefts; putting the wefts alternately; adding 10-20wt.% of fine powder selected from germanium, yellow soil and jade to a sizing agent comprised of acrylic resin or urethane resin to manufacture a print sizing agent; printing the fabric with the print sizing agent; and then drying the fabric by using a tenter dryer.
