PURPOSE: A stylus pen having a microphone in a portable terminal is provided to sufficiently secure the separated distance between a speaker part and a microphone part so that a user can carry out a high-quality voice call. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal comprises an accepting hole receiving a stylus pen(103) to operate a display unit. The stylus pen(103) comprises a microphone(133a). The microphone(133a) is embedded in one end of the stylus pen(103). A connection terminal(135) is installed at the other end part, at which a touch screen contact tip(131) is formed. The microphone(133a) and the connection terminal(135) are electrically connected to each other through an electrical wire(133b) in the stylus pen(103).
