FIELD: devices for quality control of connection of laminated products, may be applicable for exposure of defects of the type of faulty sizings and solderings in laminated structures. ^ SUBSTANCE: the acoustic flaw detector has an interconnected generator and an acoustical-electrical transducer, as well as an amplifier connected to the acoustical-electrical transducer and an analog-to-digital converter. The flaw detector is additionally provided with a device for loading the specimen under test, electric furnace with a thermocouple, holder for fastening of the specimen with a waveguide installed in it and a personal computer, the waveguide is connected to the acoustical-electrical transducer, and the first input of the analog-to-digital converter is connected to an amplifier, the second input - to the thermocouple of the electric furnace, and the output - to the personal computer. ^ EFFECT: provided estimation of the criteria of serviceability of laminated products in the conditions identical to the operating ones by simulation of the process of thermo-force loading close to the real conditions arising in service of the product. ^ 2 dwg |
