FIELD: measuring equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: axis of device rotation is combined with main central axis of device inertia. Device is mounted on base and zero mark for rotation angle is selected. Device is then rotated and measurement of radial beating of each device element is performed with connection of rotation angle to selected zero mark, then measurements results for each element are expanded to Fourier row and for each element parameters are found - amplitude and first harmonics phase, which determine values of polar coordinates of geometric weight centers of elements. On basis of values of polar coordinates, masses and weight centers coordinates of elements along rotation axis, position of main central inertia axis of product is determined as well as necessary radial displacement of supporting surfaces of product. ^ EFFECT: higher trustworthiness of tests. ^ 1 dwg |
