摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to apply correction at a point of time of output even though a data transmitting device needs output rate adjustment and time adjustment.

SOLUTION: This data transmitting device for outputting packets at a prescribed rate is provided with: a packet generating means for generating a packet having information about time to be outputted; and a packet outputting means for setting the timer about reference time information out of packet time information and outputting only a packet having the time information on the basis of the set timer value.
