<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic application system for easily preparing a document or presenting the document. <P>SOLUTION: A control box 1 authenticates an operator on the basis of the fingerprint data of an operator acquired from an operating part 2, and, when the authentication is successful, extracts documents to be used for making an application to a public organization from among preliminarily stored application document data according to various conditions, and displays the extracted documents in a list on an operating part 2. When one of the documents is selected by the operator, the control box 1 automatically adds preliminarily stored entry items for the operator to the document, and further adds the entry items or attached documents according to the operation of the operator. Then, when the operator instructs the document presentation and it is confirmed that there is no defect in the document, the control box 1 transmits the data showing the prepared document through a network to the server of the public organization being the presentation destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
