PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restart a content reproduction processing immediately after a stop time point of the processing without making a user perform a complicated operation.

SOLUTION: Content reproduction break information showing the stop time point at the time of the interruption of the content reproduction processing is generated and is transmitted to a mobile phone 3 carried by a user by radio. The content reproduction processing is restarted from the stop time point in accordance with the content reproduction break information when the content reproduction break information is received from the mobile phone 3, so that the content reproduction processing can be immediately restarted after the stop time point via the mobile phone 3 without complicated operation by the user such as storing contents at the stop time point and fast forwarding to the stop time point.
